The operator has confirmed in an interview on <br /> September 20, 2011 that the facility is currently not selling 91-octane fuel at the facility. <br /> The two tanks are currently out-of-service due to failure to meet monitoring requirement <br /> in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 23. <br /> VIOLATIONS: <br /> No person shall abandon an UST system or close or temporarily cease operating an UST <br /> system in accordance to California Health and Safety Code (HSC) Section 25298(a), <br /> unless under permit to close UST system with the local agency in accordance to <br /> HSC25298(b), or temporarily taken out of service under permit with the local agency in <br /> accordance to HSC 25298(c). <br /> The time period between cessation of hazardous substance storage and application for <br /> temporary or permanent tank closure shall not exceed 90 calendar days in accordance to <br /> CCR Title 23 Section 2670(e). <br />
