(UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. See <br />California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 23 Chapter 16 Table B for complete <br />list). The component must bear the appropriate mark as required by the <br />independent testing organization. <br />5. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for <br />approval prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous <br />ones. <br />6. Contact Jeffrey Wong to arrange the following inspections (a 48 hour notice <br />is required): <br />a. Verify the new sensor is properly located to detect a leak at the <br />earliest opportunity and functions normally. <br />7.
