Enclosed is the <br />facilities UST monitoring and response plan, a copy will be kept on site. Dispenser #1's float <br />was repaired by Walton engineering and they pulled all the proper permits for the repair, a copy <br />of the results are enclosed. The alarm that occurred on 7/14/07 was a sump alarm. Looking <br />through our maintenance records we don't show any response to the site. This alarm occurred on <br />a Saturday and was cleared by 7/18/07 as shown in our monthly designated operator inspection, <br />which also reported the sump was dry. We would have sent Elite IV Contractors to the site, but <br />they have no record of responding.
