Each person installing or testing a component must hold a certificate of <br />training from the manufacturer of that component. <br />6. A `Certificate of Compliance for Underground Storage Tank Installation Form C' <br />shall be submitted by the owner or the owner's agent (CCR Section 2635(d)) <br />before this upgrade is considered complete by EHD. <br />7. Permit expires 90 days from date of approval.
