I have reviewed our file and
updated the following documents:
• UPCF Business Activities Form
• UPCF Facility Form
• UPCF Tank Forms
• UPCF Hazardous Materials Business Plan and Site Specific Emergency Response and
Training Plan
• Hazardous Materials Monitoring Plan
In addition, the annual tank monitoring certification was completed and submitted on 3/14/02 by
Tanknology to your office with a copy to the station. Enclosed is a copy of that certification. I
have reviewed all of the items listed above with the new station manager at this site so she has a
better understanding of these documents.
Secondary containment testing target completion date is 12/31/02. In the interim, we are revising
all relative tank forms and monitoring plans reflecting the additional testing and monitoring
system programming.
If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you for your patience.
Sincerel
Diane Leri
Retail ES & H Specialist
Enclosures
Cc: Station Manger, NOV Desk, Station File.
