The problem discovered at <br /> the site on 9/12/09 was the TLS had repeated "warm start/system self test" and was not <br /> properly monitoring the tanks and lines. Tech Jarrett Flewellyn determined that a cold <br /> start was necessary and the problems disappeared and all worked normally. <br /> In the course of the same emergency service call, he discovered that the Premium tank <br /> turbine sump sensor was bad and replaced it"like for like". It was a VR-352 sensor. If it <br /> turns out that you do not allow such a replacement, let me know and we'll change it out. <br /> If you need any additional information or have any questions, please let me know as soon <br /> as possible. I apologize for the delay in submitting this application. I have been on sick <br /> leave for two weeks and am slowly catching up on my paperwork. <br /> Please send a copy of the permit to me at the address below.
