If water could enter into the <br /> secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. <br /> *Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous waste <br /> regulations,and manage it accordingly. Ensure that the sump is maintained free of liquid.Violation was <br /> correct on site by Tanknology technician. <br /> • Per your notes on item number 21,sentence number five: <br /> "Violation was correct on site by Tanknology technician". <br /> ■ 23d.The designated operator employee training for employee Morgan Ellis hired 2010 was not performed <br /> within 30 days of hire.
