Please see attached copies of the UST documents <br /> submitted in to CERS dated 1116114. <br /> • (311)The 91 grade line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors <br /> shall be capable of detecting a 3 gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. <br /> o The service technician changed the siphon jet, retested the leak detector and passed the 3 <br /> gph leak. Corrected on site.
