No violation was observed. <br /> NOTE <br /> Technician has training certification for Franklin Fuel Phil-Tite spill containment leak detection system <br /> which utilizes vacuum as a detection mechanism. (#7264943702, expiration 6/20/2014). Technician <br /> initially attempted to utilize this method which calls for vacuum in the spill containment at 30 psi (water) <br /> at 1 minute. This method failed. The technician reverted to performing a one-hour hydrostatic test on <br /> the spill containments, and it passed. <br /> Recommend a copy of the record of all related service on the monitoring system be attached to the <br /> Designated Operator Monthly Inspection Reports, and each monthly report be organized such that each <br /> page can be identified to that report if the pages ever become loose. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> Inspe r Received By: Title: <br /> EH 23-02 R 04/19/12 Page 3 UST INSPECTION REPORT <br />
