Section 6, the American Environmental <br />Management Corporation (AEMC) transporter US EPA ID number, should read <br />"CAD980884183". Section C, the State transporter ID of the specific truck used to haul the <br />tank, should read "200021". A copy of the manifest is enclosed with this letter. Please <br />make the changes, as shown, on the original manifest sheet to be sent to the California <br />Department of Health Services (DHS). These changes were discussed with Mr. Don <br />Rosson at Erickson, Inc., the TSD facility accepting this tank.
