Inspection Checklist for <br /> Standby Generator Tank Systems (EGT) <br /> Unburied Diesel Fuel Supply and Return ipinq <br /> Conduct a visual inspections of all unburied piping each time the Standby <br /> Generator Tank System (EGT) is operated, but no less than monthly <br /> Facility Name (CLLC): = Satisfactory <br /> Facility Address: <br /> NA = Not Applicable <br /> Date of inspection or Generator Run: X = Repair or Adjustment Required <br /> C = See comments under <br /> Performed By: Remarks / Recommendations. <br /> * = Send a copy of reports that have <br /> Contact Phone No. comments to the EMCC. <br /> Supply Piping — No leaks at unions, valves, fittings, couplings and connections inside <br /> and/or outside the building. <br /> Return Piping — No leaks at unions, valves, fittings, couplings and connections inside <br /> and/or outside the building. <br /> Supply Piping supports secure to building, walls, ceiling, concrete pads. <br /> Return Piping supports secure to building, walls, ceiling, concrete pads. <br /> Supply Piping properly fastened, bolted to piping supports. <br /> Return Piping properly fastened, bolted to piping supports. <br /> If existing, unburied Supply and Return Piping Secondary Containment sensors checked <br /> for active alarms and/or not operational status? <br /> If existing, Supply and Return piping from the Day Tank to the Engine - No leaks at <br /> unions, valves, fittings, couplings and/or connections? <br /> If existing, Day Tank(s) pump(s) — No leakage, or drips around the pump(s) flanges, split <br /> lines, connections, or hoses.
