Haz waste emergency information was posted by all appropriate phones on <br /> 07/11/08. <br /> > Submit 'Return to Compliance Certification'to the agency. <br /> Status: COMPLETED. The yellow original of the"Return to Compliance Certification"form is <br /> submitted herewith as an attachment to this letter. <br /> ➢ The discriminating sensor in the transition box in the generator room is not working properly to <br /> ensure continuous monitoring of the tank system as required by HSC 2529(b). <br /> Status: COMPLETED. Your follow-up inspection on 07/30/08 confirmed that the discriminating sensor <br /> was properly installed in the transition box located in the generator room.The sensor was tested and <br /> performed properly verifying active,continuous monitoring of the tank system. <br /> > Update monitoring plan to include the transition box sensor&send us a copy. <br /> Status: COMPLETED:The updated Monitoring Response Plan was sent to your agency on June 18, <br /> 2008.
