The action items and their status are as follows: <br /> ➢ Hazardous Waste Emergency Information not posted by all phones at time of inspection. <br /> Status: COMPLETED: Hazwaste emergency information was posted on site on 07/11/08. <br /> ➢ Submit"Return to Compliance" certification to agency. <br /> Status: ACKNOWLEDGED.
