RMODUCTION <br />This Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan has boon <br />prepared In accordance with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency <br />Regulations on oil pollution Prevention (40 CFR 112). These regulations <br />require the preparation and Implementation of an SPCC Plan for all <br />non -transportation related underground oil storage facilities with a <br />capacity in excess of 42,000 gallons, which have discharged or could <br />reasonably be expected to discharge oil in harmful quantities into or <br />upon the navigable waters of the United States or adjoining shorelines. <br />This SPCC Plan is designed to prevent oil spills before they occur, and <br />if they do occur, to contain them where practicable before they enter <br />navigable waters. <br />RKE73611438533 <br />
