All product was removed from the UST's and then they were <br />triple rinsed. <br />Two borings were drilled diagonally under each end of each UST. <br />Two soil samples were collected from each boring. The attached <br />diagrams show the depth at which the samples were collected. <br />Samples from each UST contained Total petroleum Hydrocarbons as <br />diesel with maxim4mconcentrations of 990 ppm at the 550 gallon <br />2 <br />" <br />UST and 000 ,��m ppmat the 300 gallon UST. Copies of the chain of <br />custody forms and laboratory reports are included as an <br />attachment. <br />CLOSURE -IN-PLACE REQUEST <br />IT requests permission for the in place abandonment of the two <br />UST's. IT method of abandonment will include filling each UST <br />with a two sack cement slurry.
