Joaquin <br />Street, Stockton. <br />V ? <br />The facility has one 550 and one 300 -gallon underground <br />diesel tanks located beneath the floor of the basement. <br />These tanks are no longer in use. This proposal is to hand <br />auger two slant boreholes per tank and test samples for <br />diesel per San Joaquin County guidelines. Boreholes will <br />be backfilled with cement grout. <br />If samples are clean, an application will be submitted <br />for abandonment in place of the tanks, if not, a remediation <br />plan will be submitted.
