OPW TlGlli FILL EQUIPIYfNT <br />TOP SEAL CAPS <br />OPW 634TT <br />The OPW 634TT is designed to mate <br />with the 633T and other similar top seal <br />adaptors. <br />Heavy duty and corrosion resistant, <br />the body is made of Duratuffl to help <br />eliminate rust and oxidation for a long, <br />maintenance free life. <br />The toggle lever distributes down- <br />ward pressure to compress its buna-N <br />gasket evenly, assuring a positive, uni- <br />form. leakproof seal. A small button <br />sticks out of the top/center of the toggle <br />lever, and may be manually pushed <br />open prior to removal of the cap. If any <br />pressure buildup occurs in the drop <br />tube, bleed -off is possible before <br />removing the cap. <br />The safety feature of the pressure <br />relief valve in the 634TTP alerts a <br />delivery driver to'possible pressure <br />buildup in the drop tube. If pressure <br />buildup has occurred a slower bleed off <br />through the valve, in the stem, is possi- <br />ble. Additionally, the driver should noti- <br />fy the customer, or the company's <br />maintenance department to investigate <br />the problem and perform corrective <br />action. <br />It is important to note, the pressure <br />relief valve will simply allow pressure <br />to be detected and relieved more slowly <br />and safely than if the cap was removed <br />without actuating the valve.
