I <br />still need the following information submitted in writing to this office. <br />1. You need to identify the EPA # on page three of the closure application. <br />2. You need to identify the fire district and the permit number on page three of the application. <br />3. Since the date of installation is unknown, leaded gasoline constituents will be the required <br />laboratory analysis. <br />4. You need to identify the permitted disposal site for the rinsate on page four of the application. <br />5. Please be aware of the sampling protocol on page seven of the application. <br />6. Page ten, section four needs to be accurately completed. <br />7. Please submit a copy of your hazardous waste transporter registration from Cal EPA. <br />After the above information is submitted to this office and is acceptable, I can submit the <br />application for final approval. I am under the impression underground storage tanks will be <br />reinstalled at this site. I have not received the installation application as of this date.
