Yosemite Ave., Manteca <br />The underground storage tank (U.S.T.) removal application is approved with the following <br />conditions. If these conditions are not met, then this permit is not valid. <br />1. The disposal of the rinsate, and any other hazardous waste generated from the removal of the <br />U.S.T.'s, must be removed and transported by a licensed hazardous waste hauler to a <br />permitted treatment, storage, and disposal facility. <br />2. You need to submit a completed tank tracking record to this office for the disposal of the <br />U.S.T.'s. <br />3. Leaded gasoline constituents will be the required analysis for all soil samples taken at this <br />site. <br />4. You need to submit a completed backfill certificate. <br />If you have any questions I can be contacted at (209) 468-0333.
