Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)performed a routine underground <br /> storage tank inspection on November 19, 2007 at the above referenced site. An inspection report <br /> was issued identifying monitoring plan information to be submitted to bring this site into <br /> compliance. The EHD received a monitoring plan on 12/17/2007. On 12/24/2007 the EHD left a <br /> phone message that the overfill prevention information was incomplete. Immediately, submit a <br /> revised monitoring plan that includes the percent of capacity at which the overfill prevention will <br /> restrict flow. <br /> Failure to correct the violations will result in continuing/additional violations. <br /> Note: All EHD staff time associated with failing to comply, including the issuance of this <br /> letter, is billed at the current hourly rate($98).
