Flexible connectors used in the sumps and dispenser pans <br /> must be declared. Information about the product must be <br /> submitted to this Department for review prior to approval. <br /> 2 . Dispenser pan and sump sensors must be compatible with <br /> existing monitoring system. Submit information about probe <br /> type and model number prior to approval. <br /> 3 . Piping must undergo tightness test, by a state approved <br /> tester, prior to final approval of repair. <br /> 4 . Inorder to be in compliance with the 1998 upgrade <br /> requirements the tank system must have the following: <br /> a. Electronic shutoff of turbine if leak is detected or <br /> probe malfunctions. <br /> b. Overspill protection. <br /> c. Overfill protection. <br /> d. striker plates. <br /> Ernest M.
