The <br />existing fibertrench and single wall piping will be completely <br />removed from the existing pump islands to the tanks. <br />We will be constructing new pump islands and installing double wall <br />pipe from the new multi -product dispensers to the existing tanks. <br />A containment sump will be installed on the existing tanks, if none <br />exists. <br />The following items, requested by your office, are attached. <br />For Removal: <br />1. Closure application packet <br />2. Closure Plan 8 1/2" x 11" <br />3. EPA notification of hazardous waste <br />4. Contractor soil sampling procedures <br />5. Health and Safety Plan. <br />For Installation: <br />6. 4 sets of full size drawings <br />7. Written fill procedures <br />8. Monitoring Response Plan <br />9. Letter of Commitment <br />10. Cut sheets for new equipment <br />11.
