At that meeting, you requested that <br />I provide you with "catalog" information sheets for the equipment <br />to be installed. <br />I have attached one set of drawings and one set of catalog cut - <br />sheets. The cut sheets represent the items to be installed. As <br />the equipment is in some cases, contractor provided, we will not <br />know the actual brand name item until installed. All of the <br />installed equipment however, will be selected from the attached <br />cut -sheets. <br />It is my understanding that a permit will not be issued by your <br />department.
