Manager to check monitor status when audio/video alarm sounds. <br />2. Manager to contact BP Oil Environmental Group at (916) <br />631-6919, Mr. Pete De5antis. <br />3. Manager or BP Oil to contact company service technician to <br />determined if there is a leak or a false alarm. <br />4. Technician to test piping and tanks to verify soundness <br />following the alarm (shut down station if required). <br />5. Resolve leak or resolve false alarm. <br />6. Reset alarm. <br />7. Reopen dispensers when prudent. <br />This procedure along with the manager phone number will be posted <br />near the tank monitor panel.
