MONITORING PLAN: (continued) <br />The basic daily gasoline inventory record shall contain the <br />following information for each tank. <br />1) Product <br />2) Stick of gauge reading opening physical inventory <br />3) Meter reading of sales <br />4) Delivery receipts <br />5) Inventory balance <br />6) Closing physical inventory <br />7) Volume differential (overage or shortage) <br />8) Signature of person reconciling inventory <br />Inventory records are to be maintained 1 year and reviewed <br />monthly. <br />b) i�iessuriziping systems shall be monitored utilizing on <br />line -beak detectors. Operator is to be aware that reduction <br />in product flow to 3 + gallons per minute indicates a <br />potential leak. Leak detectors will be tested yearly for <br />proper operation. <br />Records recordsand - - . logged in writing using <br />loggingcorresponding inspection log. (See attached examples of <br />Following <br />and inspection which will be recorded. <br />1) Daily visual inspections shall be made of: (Form B) <br />- Submerged Pump Boxes <br />- Fill Boxes (also inspected after each delivery) <br />- Reconciliation of the inventory control records <br />2) Weekly visual inspections shall be made of : (Form C) <br />- Tank Secondary Containment (Annular Space) shall be <br />probed to check for the presence of liquid. The tank <br />slopes 1/811 per foot minimum toward monitoring port. <br />- Piping Trench Monitoring Ports - ports consist of <br />slotted PVC pipe which allows liquid intrusion and <br />a manhole for access. Ports are located at the <br />lowest point of the fiberglass trench liner. <br />3) Monthly inspections shall be made of: (Form F) <br />- Backfill monitoring wells at existing tanks and <br />trench monitoring well with the use of a portable <br />vapor sniffer; TLV or equal. Concentrations over <br />1000 PPM for gasoline or 300-500 PPM for diesel will <br />be reported in accordance with state and local <br />ordinance requirements. <br />
