This warranty excludes <br />the spout and/or front end rubber <br />components unless damage is <br />obvious when the nozzle is removed <br />from the shipping carton and the <br />defective nozzle is returned to <br />Emco Wheaton prior to use and <br />within two (2) months from the <br />date of sale. This warranty shall be <br />null and void if the Emco Wheaton <br />product has been previously <br />repaired with parts not approved <br />by Emco Wheaton.
