Additional work is required to perform repairs to the <br /> turbine sump. The scope of work is as follows. <br /> ® Saw cut and breakout concrete around the 89-octane turbine sump. <br /> • Fiberglass the external sump to collar connection. <br /> • Cut back primary and secondary line from the turbine sump. <br /> ® Furnish and install two (2) 3,, non-split Eriviron product.-piping penetration. <br /> • Extend primary and secondary lines into turbine sump. <br /> ® Perform required inspections (Pressure test on lines, Hydrostatic on sump). <br /> ® Backfill the 89-octane turbine sump once approval in granted. <br /> • Furnish and install one new traffic grade turbine sump man way. <br /> ® Patch back concrete to match existing grade <br /> ® Perform precision tank test on the 89-octane product tank and product tine and submit <br /> results to San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health, <br /> ® Return the 89 product back into-operation. <br /> Upon review, please feel free to contact me at (916) 858-1090 or,via ernail at <br /> and I will deliver all additional required information immediately.Thank you <br /> for Your assistance on this matter. <br /> Very Truly Yours, <br /> TAU ENVIRONME.,NTAL SYSTEMS <br /> Jason"ll'.
