TRACY BLVD. <br /> TRACY, CA. <br /> Dear Mr. Ink <br /> Please find enclosed our submittal for work at the above location, as follows: <br /> • Permit Application <br /> • Check for Permit Fees in the Amount of$279.00 <br /> • Certifications <br /> • Cutsheets <br /> • License/Insurance Information <br /> Tait Environmental Systems has been asked to perform repairs on the failed components at the <br /> above referenced facility. The components we have been asked to repair are dispenser pans 3/, <br /> 5/6, 7/8 and the 89 turbine sump. These repairs are a result of SB989 testing failures.
