<br /> We will rcport/rccord any overfill,spill,or unauthorised release from a USTsystem as indicated in this plan.
<br /> Recordable Releases: Any unauthorizod release rmm primary containment which the.UST operator is able to clean up within eight(8)hours alter the release was
<br /> detected or should reasonably have been detected,and which noes not aseapc from secondary containment,does not increase the haaard of fire or explosion,and does
<br /> not cause ally deterioration ofseoondary centainmcoa,must he recorded in the facility's monitoring records. Monitoring records must include;
<br /> D The UST operatgr's name and tcicphnnc number;
<br /> > A list of the types,quantider,and concentrations of haaardous substances released;
<br /> > A description of the actions taken to control and clean up the release;
<br /> > 'Ilse method and location of disposal or the released hazardous substances,and whether a limirdous waste manifest was or will be used;
<br /> > A description of actions taken to repair the U$`f and to prevent future releases;
<br /> > A description of the method used to Teaotivate interstitial monitoring after replaoCmcnt or repair of primary containment,
<br /> ReportmMe Relenses: Any overfill,spill,or unauthorized Meese which escapes from secondary containment(or primary containment iCno secondary containment
<br /> exists),increases the harard of tiro or explosion,or causes any deterioration of secondary containment,is a reportable release. Reportable releases Dec also recordable.
<br /> Within 24 hours after it reportable roloaso has been detected,or should have barn detected,we will notify the local agency administering the UST program of the
<br /> release,investigate the release,and take immediate treasures to stop the release. If necessary,or if required by the local agency,remaining stored product/wate will

<br /> soil,ground water or surface water contamination due to the release;
<br /> D The method(s)of cleanup implemented to date,proposed cleanup actions,and a schedule for implomcnting the proposed actions;
<br /> > The medwd(s)and location(s)of disposal of released hazardous materials and any contsmingted soils,groundwater,or surface water.
<br /> > Copies of any hornrdous waste manifests used for off-sine transport of hazardous wastes assoeiatod wilh clean-up activity;
<br /> > A description of proposed methods for any repair at replacement of UST system primary/secondary containment syclotns;
<br /> > A description of additional actiorts takat to prevent future releases.
<br /> We will tallow the reporting procedures described above If any or the Ibllowing conditions occur:
<br /> > A recordable unauthorized release can not be cleaned up or is still under Investigation within eight(8)hours of detection;
<br /> 30- Released hazardous subntaocas are discovered at tha.us'r site or in the surrounding area;
<br /> > Unusual operatin>i conditions are observed,including ectatic behavior of product dispensing equipment,sudden loss of product,or the unexplained presdree or
<br /> water in the tank,unlace Rystem equipment is found to be detective and is immcdWely repaired or replaced,and no leak..has occurred;
<br /> D Monitoring results from UST system monitoring equipntent/methods indicate that a release may have occurred,tmlm the monitoring equipment is found to be
<br /> defective and is immediately repaited,recalibrated,or replaced,and additional monitoring does not wfrrm the initial results.
<br /> Record Retention: Monitoring records and written reports of unauthorized rolcatics must be maintained nn-site(or ofi site at a readily available location,if appmved
