(GR) has prepared this letter on the behalf of ConocoPhillips (76) to <br />inform your office of the proposed scope of work for the above referenced site. <br />Gettler-Ryan Inc. proposes to modify the existing waste oil underground storage tank <br />(UST) by abandoning the former remote fill and piping. The remote fill penetration will <br />then be capped at the tank top. <br />Detailed scope of work is as follows: <br />• Remote fill piping and fill port will be disconnected from the UST within the <br />containment sump. <br />• Remote fill piping will be cleaned as needed and refilled with grout. <br />• Remote fill piping penetration at the UST will be capped at the tank top. <br />The remote fill at this location has not been in service for several years.
