Contact the fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air District for any applicable <br />permits. <br />2. Any changes shall be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. All new <br />addendums supersede the previous ones. <br />3. All piping and components must bear a UL label. <br />4. At least one person who is certified, as an ICC UST Installer/Retrofitter must be onsite at <br />all times when work is performed on any portion of the UST System. <br />5. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br />a. Verification of corrosion protection <br />6. Since concrete is broken near the underground storage tank, the 87 -RUL tank must be <br />have an integrity test performed once concrete is poured in accordance to manufacture <br />guidelines. Results must be received by EHD within 7 days of returning the site to <br />operating condition. <br />7.
