Contact the Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> applicable permits. <br /> 2. Contact Michelle Henry(953-7699)to arrange the following inspection appointments <br /> (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments): <br /> a. Verify that the 87 leak detector will detect a leak of 3 gallons per hour at <br /> 10 PSI. <br /> b. EHD must witness the functionality of the monitoring system to ensure that <br /> monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of California Code of <br /> Regulations Title 23 and the Health & Safety Code. <br /> 3. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of <br /> the following: <br /> a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br /> Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and <br /> a. All valid, current California UST certificates issued by the International Code <br /> Council (ICC), that are applicable to the work being performed, and <br /> b. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br /> component(s)being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br /> and <br />
