Tracy Blvd., Tracy, CA-Ownership Contact Information DDA Irey, We just wanted to give you an update on the status of our negotiations with SSR Group. We received over the weekend the final Lease revisions from the tenant's attorney (draft 34 in our records) and have come to resolution on all terms and conditions. The final lease should be prepared in full format this week, so we anticipate a signed lease in November. On another note, we did conduct an Order of Examination of Assets of Ms. Phan on Wednesday. The information we obtained from her was somewhat fruitful, but the main point that was made was that it is in her best interest to provide concrete information on the whereabouts of Mr. Tran and her ex-husband. If we're able to get this information, we will be certain to share it with you for your efforts as well. Once we have a fully executed Lease, we will let you know.
