We <br /> received over the weekend the final Lease revisions from the tenant's attorney (draft 34 in <br /> our records) and have come to resolution on all terms and conditions. The final lease should <br /> be prepared in full format this week, so we anticipate a signed lease in November. <br /> On another note, we did conduct an Order of Examination of Assets of Ms. Phan on <br /> Wednesday. The information we obtained from her was somewhat fruitful, but the main <br /> point that was made was that it is in her best interest to provide concrete information on the <br /> whereabouts of Mr. Tran and her ex-husband.
