We do however recommend that the lines be relocated if possible to prevent movement of the
lines due to ground shaking because of construction which may cause a low point in the lines therefore causing
blockage.
To answer your other question. The system is required to have both Phase I EVR and Phase II EVR. The system is
currently have Phase I EVR and will need to Phase II EVR. The facility did submitted us the application to up upgrade
phase II to EVR(that is what the Authority to Construct N-8840-1-0 is for).
Feel free to contact me with question.
Thank you,
Kher Her
Air Quality Inspector
San Joaquin Valley Air pollution Control District
4800 Enterprise way, Modesto, CA 95356
Phone 209-557-6438 fax 209-557-6475
_ 40
HEALTH' AIR LIVING'
www,he althyairliving.com
Make ane change for clean air!
From: Robert Huff [maiito:Robert.Huff@ci.tracy.ca.us]
Sent: Tuesday, April 09, 2013 9:26 AM
To: david djelliott.net
Cc: Kher Her; Thuy Tran [EH]
Subject: San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District
The Air Quality Inspector you asked me about is:
Kher Her
209-557-6438 Phone
209-557-6475 Fax
Kher.her@vallevair.org email
www.vallevair.org website
Kher,Thuy,
1
