Incentive claims questions should be directed to(916)341-6176. <br /> As the operator of a Certified Collection Center your responsibilities are to: <br /> Accept used oil from the public at no charge. During business hours and upon request, render the incentive <br /> fee of$0.40 per gallon. 1i <br /> Display, easily seen from a public street, a Certified Used Oil Collection Center sign.
