Tracy Blvd.
Tracy, CA 95376
Dear Mr. von Flue,
(91
I am in receipt of your email to Sunita Kapoor, esquire, regarding concerns you may have for conditions of the waste oil
tank at the aforementioned site. Our firm has been processing planning and building permit approvals through the City of
Tracy over the last 6 months. My client, Mr. Hakam Misson, is clear that he intends to retain the use of this tank. In
response we have designed the new building additions to avoid any structural integrity problems regarding the tank or the
new foundation. The existing tank is at an adequate distance to not be damaged by or affect the design of the new
foundation. The foundation is designed such that the forces directed below the new footings have its soil bearing
pressure directed below the existing tank and, therefore, having no structural integrity affect.
Sincerely,
David J.
