Our company took <br />procession of the property July 1, 2012. All previous <br />records held by the county have been sealed due to on <br />going litigation with the prior owner and have not <br />been released for public file review. Therefore we are <br />unable to access any records and maintenance reports <br />at this time. <br />#203 Reporting Unauthorized Release As stated above we took procession of this property <br />July 1, 2012. We had no control, access or legal <br />responsibility to monitor or perform any monitoring <br />of this site prior to the signing of our lease with <br />SaveMart. The alleged missing or unauthorized <br />release of product accrued in late February. As of July <br />we are fully monitoring the site and have locked <br />access to all tank ports and secured the property to <br />the fullest to insure that no other theft or <br />unauthorized release can take place. <br />
