In speaking with Ms. Tran of the Environmental <br />Health Department, these monitoring receipts have not been forwarded to her either. Not only are you required <br />under the Lease to provide these receipts, you are required under law to do so by the EHD and failure to comply <br />with laws is yet another leasehold breach. <br />Landlord has the right to perform this monitoring and bill you for the cost, plus administrative fees, should you <br />continue to fail to provide the necessary documentation.
