The alarm history will be printed out and included in the post cold- <br /> start Monitoring System Certification. <br /> This facility had its annual MSC performed August 2, 2010. This partial MSC will not <br /> change the annual date, it is only to re-certify the monitoring system after the cold- <br /> start. <br /> Please see enclosed permit fee $366.00, Walton licenses, certifications, and site <br /> exhibit. <br /> Thank you and please let me know if there is anything I can do or provide to expedite <br /> permit issuance.
