Let me explain that when our agency accepts submittals in CERS, it is indicating that the <br />Environmental Health Department has received the submittals, much like receiving mail from the Postal Service. <br />I have appended the Letter from Chief Financial Officer that is currently in CERS. This letter differs from the information <br />found in Certification of Financial Responsibility and Storage Tank Certificate of Insurance to Demonstrate Financial <br />Responsibility that are both currently in CERS. <br />Referring to the Letter of Chief Financial Officer, if you subtract line 3 from line 2, line 4 is not at least 10 times line <br />1.
