(Walton Engineering) will make a new alarm log is left onsite. k <br />Item #207: The Designated Operator (D.O.)will send a copy of the 2014 and 2015 Monitoring System Certification to be <br />left in the binder. The D.O. will update the Monitoring System Certification test date on the D.O. report. The D.O. will <br />also make sure that all alarms documented are properly addressed.
