D. Number 003934
Dear Ms. Brown:
Enclosed is a check in the amount of $892.50 for payment of invoice number 044202,
dated December 15, 1997. This check is for the 1998 permit fees for five regulated
underground storage tanks (USTs) for the period January 1,1998, through December
31, 1998. All of these USTs are located at the Lawrence Livermore National
Laboratory's Site 300 facility. The five USTs are:
871-D1 U2 (TA505217/0034) 875-D1 U2 (TA194532/0032)
879-D 1 U 1 (TA 194501/0001) 879-G 3 U 1 (TA505184/0033)
882-D 1 U 1 (TA 194529/0029)
A list titled 1998 UST Permits/Site 300" that gives details about the five regulated
USTs is attached. These five USTs were permitted in 1997.
Please note that some presently permitted USTs may be removed from service and
closed or are currently proceeding through the tank closure process. As closures are
completed for USTs that are currently permitted, the number that will require permits in
the future will change.
We assume that this fulfills the county permit requirements and we are anticipating the
receipt of our permit certificates in the near future.
Recycle
7600-61230
WGMG98:002:WGH:WWS:kgs
An Equal Opportunity Employer•University0lifornia•P.O.Box 808 Livermore, CA 94551-99#elephone(510)422-1100•http:Ilwww.11nl.gov
