Reporting format for monitoring:
Tank A sign-off sheet is maintained at the monitoring system control panel. The sheet is
initialed at the time of completion of the weekly inspection and alarm trial. Completed
sheets are maintained in the Maintenance Mechanics files in Building 875.
Piping The inspection and alarm trial for the tank system includes the piping system.
F. Describe the preventive maintenance schedule for the monitoring equipment. Note:
Maintenance must be in accordance with the manufacturers'maintenance schedule but
not less than every 12 months: At least annually, the tank interstitial space sensor and
the piping sump sensor will be removed and inspected for evidence of damage or
deterioration.
