Contact the local fire department,building department and San Joaquin Valley Air <br /> Pollution Control District for applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any Changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to <br /> commencing work. <br /> 3. A certified installer must be on site at all times during the installation.. If the certified <br /> installer leaves the premises for any reason, all work must be ceased without exception. <br /> Until the certified installer returns on site, work shall not continue. <br /> 4. Contact Steven C. Shih at(209) 468-9850 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments; 48-hour notice for inspection appointments is required. <br /> a. Corrosion protection: all equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion <br /> protection. <br /> b. Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2). The measurement of flapper <br /> shall be demonstrated. <br /> c. Spill bucket must satisfy CCR2635(b)(1) and pass a 30-minute lake test or <br /> equivalent methocUfter concrete was poured. <br /> d. A third party certified to mtegnty test must be performed and results received <br /> by this office within 7 days of completing the project. <br /> 5. Permit expires within 90 days.
