Weber Avenue, Third Floor ENVIR 3 ' - <br />Stockton, CA 95202-2708 PER; il'; I / uc VICES <br />Subject: Waste disposal requisitions from Site 300 UST closures, 871-D1U2 <br />and 875-1U2 <br />Dear Mr. Shih: <br />Enclosed are the LLNL hazardous waste disposal requisitions for the waste generated <br />during cleaning and closure of USTs 871-D1U2 and 875-D1U2 on September 22, 2004. <br />These are LLNL's internal waste tracking documents generated by the Radioactive and <br />Hazardous Waste Management (RHWM) Division. Shipping manifests for this waste <br />are not available yet because the waste is still on site and will not be shipped off site <br />until approximately April or May of 2005. You indicated at the time of inspection that <br />you would accept LLNL's internal waste documents as verification of proper disposal. <br />You have already received the soil sample analysis, the Hazardous Waste Tank Closure <br />Certification, and the Disposal Certification.
