Hospital (Sutter Tracy Community Hospital) (209) 835-1500 Emergency Room <br />Hospital Address: 1420 N Tracy Blvd, Tracy CA 95376 <br />LLNL, Site 300, Dave Miller 925-423-9972 <br />Wright Environmental Services, Inc., 209-833-0758 <br />Project Manager, Jeff Downs (Mobile) 209-603-3398 <br />Company Safety Officer, John Lynch (Mobile) 209-603-3394 <br />All Wright field personnel are trained in accordance with all applicable state and federal OSHA <br />regulations pertaining to personal safety and hazardous materials handling and decontamination. <br />Wright's health and safety program is in full compliance with 29 CFR, Part 1910, including the OSHA <br />interim ruling which amends CERCLA and sets specific standards for medical surveillance and training. <br />Copies of training documentation are available on request by notifying Mr. John Lynch in our Tracy <br />office at (209) 833-0758. <br />Wright field personnel have extensive knowledge of various construction work and the tools in which to <br />do their work. <br />This formal training is supplemented by daily tail -gate safety briefing and additional site specific training <br />as required. <br />Short job site Tailgate Safety Meetings will be conducted at the beginning of each shift for each job or more <br />frequently if new employees arrive at the job site. All workers and supervisors will be expelled to attend. <br />Health and safety concerned pertaining to the operations planned for that day will be discussed. The meetings <br />will also include any procedures that may be necessary for safety, or other considerations as determined the <br />the Site Safety Officer, such as change in temperature, wind velocity, or precipitation. Attendance and <br />participation records will be retained, and will become part of the project file. <br />
