Routine maintenance and service checks and <br /> tests of the monitoring equipment for permitted USTs are performed annually in accordance with <br /> 23 CCR 2630 (d), 23 CCR 2637 (b), and 23 CCR 2712 (b). The spill bucket leak tests are <br /> performed annually in accordance with H&S Code, Section 25284.2. <br /> For the underground petroleum tank systems (882-D 1 U 1, 879-D 1 U 1 and 879-G3U 1), spill <br /> bucket leak testing and annual leak detection monitoring system certifications were performed on <br /> July 30, 2018 by Mr. Brian Thornton of Thornton Environmental Construction, Inc. Leak <br /> detection systems were found to be in proper operating condition.
