WKesson
7345ES
November 8 , 1985
Mr . James Miller
Environmental Health
San Joaquin Health Department
P .O. Box 2009
Stockton, CA 95201
Dear Sir :
At the request of Mr. Richard L. Sites, Lawrence
Livermore National Laboratory, the attached summary
report is provided. The results of tank tests conducted
at the Site 300 location are summarized in Table 1 of
the report. I have attached copies of certificates for
the tanks which are "product tight".
The test results of two (2) tank systems, 874-11D and
875-11D, indicated a leak in the piping system, but the
tanks are tight (non-leaking). Tank 874-11D is not in
use and scheduled to be removed. The 875-11D pipe leak
is to be repaired, even though it is also scheduled to
be removed in the near future.
If you have any questions, please call Mr. Sites or
myself.
Sincerely,
Pull G.
