The <br /> county must receive a verbal report of the release within 24 hours. Within <br /> five (5)working days after the release is detected, the WATS Group must <br /> submit a written report, including a copy of the Underground Storage Tank <br /> Unauthorized Release(Leak)lContamination Report(Form#HSC 054187), to <br /> the SJCPHS.
