UCRL-AR-103194 <br /> • Release deteriorates the secondary tank and piping. <br /> • Release increases the hazard of fire or explosion. <br /> In this case,the Operator must immediately notify the Environmental <br /> Analyst,who will then notify the WAIS Group of the unauthorized release. <br /> Appendix G A WAIS Group staff member must obtain verbal approval from the <br /> 23 CCR 2652 Division Leader of the Environmental Guidance Division before reporting the <br /> release to the San Joaquin County Public Health Services (SJCPHS). The <br /> county must receive a verbal report of the release within 24 hours. Within <br /> five (5)working days after the release is detected, the WATS Group must <br /> submit a written report, including a copy of the Underground Storage Tank <br /> Unauthorized Release(Leak)lContamination Report(Form#HSC 054187), to <br /> the SJCPHS.
