Tanks 827-D1U1, 865-D1U1, and <br /> 871-D1U1 were integrity tested and found to be leak tight. <br /> Monthly tank integrity testing is performed to satisfy the requirements of Title <br /> 23,California Code of Regulations,Division 3, Chapter 16,Underground Tank <br /> Regulations, Section 2643 (c), (1). <br /> All integrity tests for the month of June 1993 were completed using Horner EZY- <br /> CHEK test equipment operated by state licensed tank tester, Mr. Gary Williams <br /> (License No. 90-1296),of Clayton Environmental Consultants, Inc., Pleasanton, <br /> California. <br /> If you require additional information or have questions regarding the integrity <br /> testing procedure or results,please call Richard Henry, of the Tank Assessment <br /> and Guidance Group at (510) 423-3641. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> (:k'C.- <br /> C.
